Easy Payment Process
- 20 % at the time of booking
- 30 % before 10 days from the date of booking
- 50 % before 10 days to the date of journey
Easy Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, 20.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 10 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 10 days before the date of travel, total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Quick Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 7 working days.
Easy Date Change Policy
- If date change is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, 20.0% of total tour cost will be charged as date change fees.
- If date change is made between 10 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as date change fees.
- After 10 days to the date of travel date cannot be changed.
Please Note:
- Date Change fees don’t include any fare change in the components on the new date. Fare difference as applicable will be charged separately.
- Date Change will depend on the availability of the components on the new requested date.
Child's Policy
- Children below 5 years are complimentary in parent’s room without extra bed.
- Children between 6-11 years & adults (Above 12 years) would cost extra according to the company’s policies.
