Cancellation & Refund Policy

Easy Payment Process

  • 20 % at the time of booking
  • 30 % within 10 days from the date of booking
  • 50 % before 10 days to the date of journey

Easy Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation are made 15 days before the date of travel then 20 % of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation are made 10 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 50 % of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation are made 0 days to 10 days before the date of travel then 100 % of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

Quick Refund Policy

  • The applicable refund amount will be processed within 7 working days.

Easy Date Change Policy

  • If date change are made 15 days before the date of travel then 20 % of total tour cost will be charged as date change fees
  • If date change are made 10 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 50 % of total tour cost will be charged as date change fees
  • Before 0 days to 10 days to the date of travel date cannot be changed

Note:

  • Date Change fees don’t include any fare change in the components on the new date. Fare difference as applicable will be charged separately.
  • Date Change will depend on the availability of the components on the new requested date.

Child Policy

  • Children below 5 years are complimentary in parent’s room without extra bed
  • Children between 6-11 years & Adults (Above 12 years) would cost extra as per company policy
