Terms & Conditions

• Hotels will be booked in 2 working days from the date package is booked.
• Normally check-in time at the hotels is 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in / late check-out depends upon the discretion of the hotel.
• AC Deluxe / AC Standard Rooms will be provided at all stays in Premium packages
• In case deluxe / standard rooms are unavailable then premium rooms will be provided
• Maximum 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third adult may be provided with a mattress / rollaway bed.
• Hotels, Villas, Bunglows, Resorts, Homestays, Houseboat provided in packages if it is unavailable, ParryTrip will provide similar stay.
• If guests want premium / Suite rooms then it will cost additional
• 1-4 people: Dzire, Etios or Similar | 5-6 people: Ertiga, Innova or Similar | 7 or more people: Tempo Traveller, Mini Bus or Similar. On demand vehicles available at extra cost.
• Car & Chauffer service are provided from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, except during Political issues & medical emergencies.
• In Munnar & Thekkady Non – Ac rooms are provided also most of stays there don’t have fans in rooms due to cold weather
• AC won’t be swithed on in cool or hilly areas.
• If your flights contain a mix of different airlines, you may have to re-checkin the luggage for the onward journey to your desired destination.
• Airline seats are subject to availability during the time of booking.
• Package prices are based on the age of passengers. Please make sure you enter the correct age of passengers during the time of booking. Passengers entering incorrect age details may incur penalty at the time of travelling.
• In case your Holiday package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather condition, etc. ParryTrip shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
• ParryTrip holds the right to alter/modify the itinerary at any point, due to circumstances including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, dense weather conditions, traffic issues, overbooking of flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will perform our best to make suitable similar arrangements, we won’t be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
• The package prices exclude special dinner or mandatory charges levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas eve or any other special occasions. ParryTrip shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However ParryTrip may not have this information readily available all the time.
• During dense rainfall or snowfall, movement of vehicle may remain suspended for traffic. Depending upon weather conditions, roads may get blocked anytime without any intimation. As such situations are beyond our control, ParryTrip won’t be liable for any such conditions. We will do our best whatever we can in our capacity.
• Some hotel in Uttarakhand & Himachal Pradesh are not centrally heated/cooling enabled. Some hotels provide heaters on, on the spot payment basis during winters.
• Because of local union issues in Kashmir, Nainital, outside vehicles are allowed till specific points only. Post that, travellers can either walk for a small distance or can hire a local rickshaw/taxi on a direct payment basis at a very minimal cost.
