Day 1 - Arrival in Jaipur
Begin your royal journey in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan known for its colorful bazaars, majestic forts, and vibrant culture. Today is all about arrival and soaking in the initial charm of this historic city.
Arrive at Jaipur Airport / Railway Station. Transfer and check-in to the hotel. After freshening up, enjoy a leisurely evening: Visit Birla Temple – one of Jaipur’s most beautiful white marble temples. Drive past Albert Hall Museum for a quick photo stop.
Day 2 - Jaipur
Dive deep into Jaipur’s regal past as you explore its magnificent forts, palaces, and colorful heritage. After breakfast, full-day sightseeing:
Amber Fort – majestic fort with Sheesh Mahal and elephant rides. City Palace – royal residence showcasing art, weapons & culture. Jantar Mantar – UNESCO World Heritage astronomical observatory. Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) – iconic facade for royal women. Jal Mahal – a serene palace floating on Man Sagar Lake (photo stop). Explore local bazaars (Johari Bazaar, Bapu Bazaar) for jewelry, textiles & handicrafts.
Day 3 - Jaipur to Pushkar
Travel to Pushkar, a sacred town known for its holy lake, spiritual energy, and the only Brahma Temple in the world. After breakfast, depart for Pushkar (approx. 150 km / 3 hrs).
En route stop at Ajmer: Visit Ajmer Sharif Dargah, a revered Sufi shrine. See Ana Sagar Lake. Proceed to Pushkar and check-in at hotel. Visit: Brahma Temple, Pushkar Lake – take a serene walk by the ghats. Enjoy the spiritual and colorful vibe of Pushkar Market. Optional camel cart ride or desert jeep safari in the evening.
Day 4 - Pushkar to Udaipur
Head towards the romantic city of Udaipur, a destination famous for its lakes, palaces, and timeless charm. After breakfast, check out and drive to Udaipur (approx. 280 km / 5-6 hrs).
On arrival, check-in to your hotel. Later, take a walk along Fateh Sagar Lake & visit Maharana Pratap Smarak. Attend a cultural folk dance show at Bagore Ki Haveli (optional and highly recommended).
Day 5 - Udaipur
Spend the day exploring Udaipur’s enchanting lakes, palaces, and royal heritage. Full-day sightseeing tour:
You will first be taken to the majestic City Palace, which now serves as a museum and residence of the royal family. You will then continue to visit an important cultural center of the state, Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal. Next, explore the local markets and you can also take up a boat ride on Lake Pichola. Also you can visit, Sukhadia Circle, Maharana Pratap Memorial, Nehru Garden, Sahelion-Ki-Bari. Explore Udaipur’s lively markets in the evening.
Day 6 - Udaipur to Jodhpur
Continue your journey to Jodhpur, a city of royal forts, blue-painted houses, and rich Rajputana heritage. Post breakfast, drive to Jodhpur (approx. 260 km / 5.5 hrs).
Explore: Clock Tower & Sardar Market – vibrant traditional market. Mandore Gardens.
Day 7 - Jodhpur to Jaisalmer
Before heading to the golden sands of Jaisalmer, explore the grand forts of Jodhpur. Then travel to the golden city that stands as a jewel in the heart of the Thar Desert.
Morning sightseeing: Mehrangarh Fort – one of India’s largest forts with panoramic city views. Jaswant Thada – a white marble memorial near the fort. Umaid Bhawan Palace (optional visit or photo stop). Proceed to Jaisalmer (approx. 280 km / 5 hrs). Evening at leisure.
Day 8 - Sam Sand Dunes
Get ready for an unforgettable desert experience amidst golden dunes, folk dances, camel rides, and starlit skies. Morning Jaisalmer sightseeing: Jaisalmer Fort (Sonar Quila) – India’s only living fort. Patwon Ki Haveli, Salim Singh Ki Haveli, and Nathmal Ki Haveli, Gadisar Lake
Afternoon drive to Sam Sand Dunes (40 km). Check-in to your desert camp. Enjoy: Camel Safari at Sunset. Traditional Rajasthani folk music and dance performance enjoy bonfire & Dinner under the stars.
Day 9 - Departure from Jaisalmer
Your royal journey through Rajasthan comes to an end today. Bid adieu to the golden deserts, royal palaces, and unforgettable experiences.
After breakfast, check out from the camp. Transfer to Jaisalmer Railway Station or Airport for departure. Alternatively, drive to Jodhpur for better connectivity, if required.
